Edgewater is a condominium resort. If you are traveling with others attending the conference, renting a two or a three bedroom condominium for the group will be a cost-effective way to stay on or near the beach.

1 bedroom standard beachfront – $151.00*

*These rates are per unit, per night and do not include the tax and fees, which are listed below:
State & Local Tax and reservation fee: 18.24%
One-time cleaning fee: 1 bedroom $40; 2 bedroom $50; 3 bedroom $65 (plus tax)

A shuttle will be available between the Edgewater Golf and Beach Resort and the FSU-PC campus.
Food
Breakfast & Lunch will be provided for the Pre-Conference on August 17 and for the main Conference days on August 18-19. No fee will be charged for these meals; they are covered by your registration fee.
A reception is being held at the Edgewater Resort, overlooking the beach, on Thursday evening, August 18. All attendees, speakers, and sponsors are invited. Food will be provided free of charge.
