How to Successfully Manage a Project from Beginning to End with Linda Bruno
February 16 @ 2:00 pm CST – 3:00 pm CST
It’s not necessary to have “manager,” “director,” or “dean” in your title in order to be asked to handle a project. There are both small and large opportunities to demonstrate the skill of managing a project effectively from beginning to end.
In this 60-minute webinar, we will look at the four stages of project management. Where do we start? What does each stage entail? What are critical aspects of each of the four stages?
You will finish this webinar with a skill you’ll find useful for your personal and professional life – a sound grasp on how the success of your project depends on understanding and utilizing all four stages…and how that success will showcase your skills – whether or not you have a “title.”
Linda Bruno has been developing and conducting training workshops for libraries for more than fifteen years. Her favorite thing to do is to help people become their best selves! That’s why she offers workshops on topics ranging from Leadership Skills to Emotional Intelligence – and lots of areas in between.
PLAN webinars are free for all Florida library staff and volunteers.
