How is it that one small piece of human tissue (a.k.a. the tongue!) can get us into – and out of – so much trouble??
In “What They Love to Hear,” we’ll find out which words and phrases make others feel valued and appreciated. We all know how important that is, but sometimes we “forget” what we need to do to promote that feeling, not only with our patrons, but also with our co-workers (and maybe even our friends and family!).
Join us to find out about some of the most powerful words in our language – and how our lives can be better if we USE them!
Linda Bruno develops and conducts training for library clients across the United States. She offers a wide variety of topics such as customer service, supervisory skills, and personalities (along with many others).
