When opportunity knocks, how will you know if you are a good fit for that opportunity? Sometimes we just “assume” that a new opportunity is something we should pursue. But knowing our gifts, passions, and values (GPV) can give us an instant answer as to whether this is an opportunity that will be a good fit.
Whether the opportunity is in our own department or somewhere not connected with our current position, we can see that opportunity through a personal inventory-lens rather than from a strictly skill-based perspective.
This webinar gives us a chance to think about opportunities that plug into our “best selves.” And those are the opportunities that will help us learn, grow, and do a great job!
