Compliance with legal retention requirements, faster retrieval of information, space savings, fewer lost or misfiled records and reduction of expenditures for records filing equipment or storage media are just a few of the benefits agencies can realize through good records management.

In this workshop, the Division of Library and Information Services – Records Management will provide information on records management principles and best practices. There will also be time for the specific questions attendees may have.
