What do you think of when you consider what your staff members really want – and need – in their workplace? Is it job security? Sure, all of us want that, don’t we? Perhaps you think of higher wages. Again, I’ll drink to that 😊.
But when we dig a little deeper to find what employees really want in a supervisor, the answers may surprise you. Then again, if you really took some time to reflect on the human species and how we move through the world, the answers may not surprise you at all!
Since we rarely take time to actually reflect on the human species, it’s likely that we haven’t had time to ponder what our staff members may really crave. That’s exactly what we’ll do in this 90-minute webinar.
