This workshop is designed to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within work or project teams. Maximize efficiency and transparency in your library work with a survey of four tools to help you collaborate and keep track of ongoing projects. Visualize and collaborate on projects with the Japanese workflow method of Kanban; collaborate on and share project documentation with Open Science Framework; create and annotate shared bibliographies with Zotero; and use Slack to streamline communications with your team and share working documents and links.
