Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned conference-goer, there are many ways to improve your conference experience.

In this 90-minute webinar, we’ll look at 3 areas to think about – the before, during, and after of the conference. We’ll cover some basic things such as how to save money. We’ll also delve deeper and reflect on how you move through the world – are you an introvert or extrovert? What’s that got to do with your level of enjoyment and/or how much you will absorb?

She offers a wide variety of topics such as customer service, supervisory skills, and personalities (along with many others).
