Organizations everywhere are trying to set themselves apart and the library world is no different – or at least we shouldn’t be. Just a decade or so ago, we didn’t worry about “competition,” but now it’s rampant. Bookstores, online resources, Smartphones, even Starbucks! All are competing for “our customer.”
What can we do to make sure our patrons remain loyal to us and realize our value? How can we make our customers feel so special, they can’t wait to return? How do we make sure we don’t tend to lump them into a big group called “our customers?”
In this 60-minute webinar, we’ll look at how personalization may be one key that can help us remain first in our customers’ hearts in today’s competitive environment.
