It’s not surprising that in our constantly-connected world we’re often interrupted by emails, instant messages, texts, and even good old-fashioned phone calls or face-to-face visits.

What we don’t always think about, though, is how difficult it can be to complete tasks and projects when those interruptions stop our thought processes, creativity, or just the flow of our work.

We can’t stop interruptions – oh, don’t we wish! But we can sometimes control when they happen, how often they happen, and even how long they last. We’ll learn how to prioritize, delay, and otherwise “deal with” those pesky interruptions.
